Tool Design & Creation

Our years of design expertise have been harnessed in projects ranging from small tanks and accessories for local markets to state-of-the-art single-layer and three-layer products now distributed around the world.

By designing specifically for the processes and materials available within technical-moulding industries, we have become specialists in optimising engineered strength and fully exploiting the properties of appropriate materials  in ways which minimise waste and inefficiency. 

Prototyping

Cost effective prototyping with composite mould tools is one of the key advantages of rotational moulding with Polyethylene. Trialling design concepts through such prototypes allows us to diagnoses problems with designs before they reach production.

Different projects can demand very different prototyping solutions, but we are able to combine the best of CNC machining and traditional hand-crafting to make prototyping cost-effective. 

Versatile Production

Expertise developed through extensive experience of pushing boundaries in product development allows us to go one step further. Our engineers can design for the flexibility which remains within the rotomoulding process once tooling is complete.

We draw on experience across single and multi layer production in a variety of ovens with all scales of product. 

Product Finishing

Once our tools have been cast, our involvement grows. We match, amend and fully prepare moulds ready for the production environment. This includes polishing and adding textures directly to the mould surface.

Using tried and tested methods, our engineers can maintain moulds and keep manufacturing downtimes to a minimum .

Distribution 

We make large hollow items...... by definition these are considered 'dirty freight' by many hauliers and couriers due to their high volume to weight/value ratio. For this reason we have our own dedicated delivery vehicles and can even offer B2C deliveries on your behalf.
